Sales & Payment
After confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted.
Payment may be made via bank transfer and it is due upon receipt of invoice.
Credit card payment is available online through Paypal. The easiest way is to pay bank wire transfer and we can arrange next day of delivery after the payment has been confirmed.
We do not accept cash or check on delivery as the delivery courier is independent from our company and does not take payment on our behalf.
We do not offer any credit at the moment. All payments must be received prior to organizing delivery (without exceptions).
Delivery Service
Our delivery service covers addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.
All orders above HK$ 3000 net are eligible for our FREE delivery service. Orders below the above stated amounts are subjected to delivery surcharges:
Each order can only be delivered to one location.
Delivery to some remote areas is subject to condition and requires special quotation.
Should you wish to change the delivery address or delivery date you may do so by notifying us 48 hours before the original delivery date. Please note that additional charges may incur.
Additional fees apply for any delivery to walk-up buildings past the first floor: HK$20 per case per floor.
